Train Smarter. Play Better.
Bridging the gap between where players are and where they want to be with Play IQ
Smarter Feedback. Faster Improvement.
Players who want to do extras but don’t know what to work on
Parents who want to support their child’s development with something structured and credible
Junior & youth players who feel “stuck” and want to reach the next level
Athletes preparing for rep trials, school programs, or stepping up an age group
Players who are willing to work hard—as long as they know the work is actually helping
It’s not effort that’s missing. Most junior players are keen, they love footy, and they’re willing to put the work in.
They don’t know what to work on.
So they just do random drills from YouTube or repeat the same basic reps.
They don’t understand the game deeply enough.
They’ve been told what to do, but not why—so they struggle to make good decisions under pressure.
They only improve during team training.
Outside of sessions, there’s no structure, no plan, and no clarity.
Parents want to help, but don’t always know how.
You can see their potential, but you don’t have a clear roadmap to guide them.
“Thank you so much for all the feedback. I agree with your comments & will 100% work on my game, training & reassess a few things as a footy player. Thank you again!”
“Thank you so much for your help. Can't wait to be able to have you review him again in the new season to help keep building him up. Thank you again!”
“Mate, the feedback was absolutely fantastic. Everything you said has given even more drive now. Much appreciated. ”
The Series is designed for junior and youth rugby league players, roughly ages 12–18. Younger players can still follow along with support from a parent or coach.
No. Most sessions just need a ball, some space, and maybe a few cones or markers. If anything extra is required, we’ll clearly list it at the start of each video.
Yes. Most drills are designed for solo or small group training, so players can improve even if they don’t have a full team around them.
Most sessions are built to fit into 30–45 minutes, so they can be added around school, club training, and life.
Not at all. It’s for any player who wants to get better—whether they’re just starting out or already in a pathway system.
